Over the past 20 years, I have worked for and with Fortune 500 companies and top national brands—leading user research, user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) strategy, and UX design.
I have a Forrester CX Professional certification, MBA from Webster University, and bachelor’s degree in journalism and art from St. Olaf College.
